Managers are the most important people at any football club and they are the ones who come under fire when team don’t live up to the expectations. Like Arsene Wenger once said “Football managers are the most important for a club if not why they get sacked when things don’t go well”. Managers bring in their philosophy to the club and can change the fortunes of the team and all the biggest clubs in the world always looking to hire the best managers whatever it cost them, Francefootball.com published a lit of top 20 highest paid managers currently active in the world and you will be surprised to see some of the name in the 2015-16 season list.
Pep Guardiola is by far the highest paid manager in the world with annual salary of around £14.8 million a year with Bayern Munich. He is into his last year in the contract and its widely reported that he will be managing a premier league club next season.

Manchester City has reportedly offered him around £20 million a year salary to take charge of City from 2016-17 season onwards.
While fomer Chelsea manager, Jose Mourinho comes second with his very lucrative chelsea contract where he pockets £10.5m a year. back in August 2015 he signed a new deal to remain at Chelsea until 2019 but things was not going as planned before he was sacked.

Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger signed a new 3 year deal back in May 2014 which will keep him at the club until 2016-17 season at least. He earns around £8.3 million a year with his current Arsenal contract.
Roberto Mancini is the highest paid manager in Italy with £4.30 million a year contract while Juventus manager Massimiliano Allegri nets £3.50 million a year.
