Angry students and workers of the Cross Rivers University of Technology, CRUTECH, were on the street to protest the level of insecurity on their campuses following the encroachment into the school by the Efut community in Calabar southern area of the state.
The workers, under the aegis of Association of Resident of Staff Quarters, CRUTECH, Calabar campus, conveyed their protest in a letter delivered to the Vice-Chancellor of the institution, Prof. Anthony Owan-Enoh.
The aggrieved workers, in company of students who reside in the school hostels, said they had become regular victims of robbery attacks.
